MILK SUBSTITUTE
Powder mix that provides milky and creamy notes in applications such as ice cream, milk drinks, yogurt or any other product that requires the use of low-fat, skimmed or fat-free milk.
Partial replacements between 25% and 50% of the quantity of milk required for the product can be achieved.
